This Privacy Policy explains how Atelos (atelos.cc), a product of Redwing Messaging Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you join our waitlist or receive email from us. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you submit our signup form, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your name, only if you choose to provide it.
• Consent metadata — the date and time you subscribed, the page you subscribed from, and the IP address used — so we can prove your subscription was opt-in.

We do not collect payment information through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

• To send you the launch updates and occasional emails you asked for.
• To confirm your subscription (double opt-in — see below).
• To honor unsubscribe requests and maintain a suppression list so we never email someone who opted out, bounced, or complained.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Consent & double opt-in

We use confirmed (double) opt-in. After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email; you only become an active subscriber after you click the link in that email. Until then, we do not send you marketing email. A bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) helps keep the list free of fake signups.

Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers that help us operate:

• Sevalla — site hosting and infrastructure.
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and bot protection (Turnstile) on the signup form.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) and/or SMTP2GO — to deliver email.
• PostHog — privacy-respecting product analytics (only if/when enabled).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep your subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression record (your email) so we can honor your opt-out and avoid contacting you again. You can ask us to delete this entirely at any time.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately.
• Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you — just email us.
• Residents of certain regions (e.g., Canada under PIPEDA/CASL, the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA) may have additional rights; we honor applicable requests.
